Bouncing Back

SO, it's been WAY too long since our last post. For those of you that know, life got REALLY crazy for us, and we've been on an interesting journey. I stopped blogging because life was a mess, and I figured I wanted to have a HAPPY blog, not a REAL blog. Things are better, but I've also decided real or not- life is life and I'm going to blog my way through it either way. So, what's new? I think Cody called everybody on his phone list (I got alphabetical calls back), but if he didn't get ahold of you- we're preggers again! Just BARELY preggers, but preggers just the same. Yes, I should probably wait to tell everybody, but I figure if it all goes wrong, I'll have a big support group. I'm just hitting the nausea stage, SUPER fun! Poor Cody, so far the number one thing that makes me REALLY sick is his nasty oil soaked boots and clothes. He pretty much has to strip down outside before he comes in the house- which would be a lot more fun if it was more than 30 degrees outside when he gets home. I guess that's a plus of living in the boonies- we can walk in our house naked and nobody blinks an eye. Our neighbors are down the road far enough they can't see anything, and the people that live upstairs aren't coming home until April. City folk, you are missing out!

We're in the "money"s

OK, so this officially is TWO blogs in a ROW!! Move over Kinder, this goes written down in MY baby book! I guess I'm just bored and lonely (my running dialog with a toddler all day where I get to be both sides of the conversation is making me a little goofy). I did have to at least share the new monkey jammas with the world. She grew out of her super cute old ones, and mommy has a thing for monkeys- probably because I am one, and live with two others. Lovin' them though! Kinder calls them moneys....I've tried to explain that monkeys are a WHOLE lot funner than money, but the way things are going with the economy, maybe it would be better if we all earned monkeys instead of money-they are probably a more reliable investment.

Remember Us?!

So, has it been long enough?! Yes, we disappeared for awhile, and there's no guarantees that I'll somehow keep up my blog better, but I promise to try. I figure since Kinder is old enough to get into EVERYTHING, this will give her more time to put herself in "cute picture moments", so this blog will be a little more self sustaining. Today's "cute picture moments" included tearing apart the paper shredder while mommy was catching up daddy's billing, then stuffing handfuls of shreds into our mouth since for some reason paper is the main source of fiber in our current diet. Kinder spent the afternoon practicing how to chew (without the spitting, because that's just gross), and I actually caught up a fraction of about 6 hours worth of work that still needs to be done. C'est la vie! Life with a one year old is NOT boring, or relaxing, or sane, or...........
